Our items are carefully made, but yet you may find color difference due to the lighting and photography, but we try our best. However, given their reflective nature, there may be slight variations.
Once shipped, orders are final and non-refundable.
We don't typically accept returns or exchanges for accessories.
Nevertheless, if you happen to receive an incorrect or damaged item, here's the drill:

We'll arrange for an exchange. Don't forget the unboxing video—it's a must!
Please note: We only provide store credits for returns or exchanges, not cash refunds.
If your desired item is out of stock, we'll reimburse the amount to your bank account.
To assess any damage on our end, we'll need that unboxing video. If the fault lies with us, we'll gladly swap it out for you. (Simple as that!)
